Sr. Software Engineer Level 1 (Liferay)
Job Description
Hands-on experience in Liferay, Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Microservices, XML, and Webservices (Restful, JAX-WS). Nice to have: Amazon EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, jQuery, React JS.
Responsibilities
- Technical hands on Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Microservices, XML, Webservices (Restful, JAX-WS)
- Nice to have Liferay, Amazon EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, Restful services, jQuery, React JS
- Familiar with various design, architectural patterns and software development process. Must be able to lead a team of 3-5 engineers
- Must have a problem solving attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
- Familiarity with continuous integration
